Students voted for the Student Council (STUCO) candidates for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Junior Destiny McDonald was elected as President. She looks forward to her new position and introducing new ideas to the school.

“I’m looking forward to starting new things next year and adding on to stuff we already do,” McDonald said.

Students made their selections for STUCO candidates on March 3, 2023. Vice President Elect Junior Sidney Sullivan enjoys being a part of STUCO and is excited about working with fellow members in the future.

“The best part about STUCO is the family-like environment we are in,” Sullivan said.  “We all get along and we are super close as well.”

Other members that were elected are Lupe Yamauchi as Corresponding Secretary, Bella Miller as Recording Secretary, and Ava Flaig as treasurer. Sophomore Kaden Sloan has faith in the people he voted for.
